The Wilton B.A.S.H® 8 lb Head, 24" Soft Face Sledge Hammer (Model 40824) is a professional-grade striking tool engineered for demanding industrial and construction applications. Its drop-forged, soft-face head is hardened to 30 HRC and designed to mushroom upon contact with hard materials, delivering controlled, powerful strikes. Built with Wilton's Unbreakable Handle Technology, the steel-core handle is reinforced to withstand overstrikes without failure. The ergonomic vulcanized rubber handle and anti-vibe neck work together to minimize fatigue during extended use, making this sledge hammer a reliable choice for the most rigorous job sites.
