Free Shipping Policy


Enjoy free shipping on orders totalling $150 or more in Canada (excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut) and the USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US protectorates).


Free shipping is only available for orders shipped using our Standard/Ground shipping option.


If you receive a partial discount for any single or multiple items, which results in the subtotal falling under $150, your order will no longer qualify for free shipping.


Oversized or heavy products over 66 lbs are also eligible for free shipping.

We want to make your shopping experience easier, so we offer flat shipping rates for orders under $150.

For LTL shipments, an additional liftgate service fee of $95 is required for residential deliveries. Business customers have the option to add the tailgate services for the same fee.

 

Our main carrier is Purolator, but we may also ship with UPS or Canada Post. Since our warehouses are across Canada, some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments. To make it easier to keep track of your order, we'll send you a unique tracking number for each shipment via email.
  

Shipping & Delivery Times


We usually ship regular orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders purchased before 2:00 pm ET may be processed and shipped the same day. 

LTL orders are usually shipped within 3 to 4 business days.

 

All orders are shipped from our warehouses across Canada. Estimated transit time varies depending on the delivery zone.

We try our best to deliver the products to you on time, but factors beyond our control, such as weather and natural disasters, may impact delivery services.


Delivery times may also vary depending on the product's availability at the nearest warehouse. We'll always choose the closest warehouse with the product in stock to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Pick Up Your Order


When placing an order through our website, you may opt for in-store pickup at one of our warehouse locations. Please select your preferred pickup location during checkout.


Our warehouses are located in the following:

  • Quebec (Saint-Laurent) - H4R 1R2

  • Quebec (Châteauguay) - J6J 4Z2

You may pick up your order on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8:00 am - 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm local time.


After placing your order, please wait for our email confirmation stating that your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be ready within 4 hours.


Pickup Requirements: When arriving for pickup, please have the following items ready:

  • Your order number (found in the order confirmation email)

  • A government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the order and the name of the credit card owner.


Notes

  • Order Cancellation: Orders must be picked up within 7 days from the confirmation email. The order will be subject to cancellation with a full refund if not picked up within this period.


    • Third-Party Pickup: If you wish to have someone else pick up your order on your behalf, please contact us to obtain proper authorization.


      • At this time, we’re only able to process orders placed through our website. Our pickup locations are operated by third-party warehouses (3PL), and our staff are not present onsite. While the 3PL staff can assist you with your order, they may be unable to answer questions about product availability, pricing or anything related to purchasing on our online store.
