Can I Return an Item Because I Don't Like It?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange.

Before returning the item, please contact our customer support team to get your return authorization. You may contact us by email at, phone at 1-800-905-0410, or chat through our website. We are available Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm ET.

We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item as soon as we receive the item back.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the package. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose to have the item replaced or receive a full refund.

Non-Defective Merchandise

If you wish to return an item that is not defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package. We will process a refund; however, you will be responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.

Return Conditions

All returned merchandise must be in its original condition and include the following:

  • Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

  • Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

  • All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

  • All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

    Please securely pack the product to ensure there is no damage to the returned item during transit. Any additional costs incurred due to damage during the return shipping process will be the customer's responsibility.

    All returns are subject to inspection by our warehouse team.

    Please note that we will not accept the return of any diagnostic tool that has been registered or used in any way.

    How to Return an Item?

    Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

    To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us via email at, by phone at 1-800-905-0410 or through chat on our website. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization.

    Step 2: Pack and Ship Item Back

    Please ensure that you include everything that came with the product in its original packaging. Securely attach the return shipping label we provided. Once done, kindly ship the package to the address provided on the return label.

    Step 3: Receive your Refund

    Once we receive the returned item, please allow 24 to 48 hours for our warehouse team to inspect the product. Once cleared, we will process the refund. Please wait 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method you used to place your order.
