The product must be purchased from MPR Tools. We cannot honor warranties for products bought elsewhere.

 

Manufacturer's Decision

Acceptance or denial of warranty claims is determined solely by the manufacturer. Our role is to just facilitate the process by coordinating with the manufacturer.

 

Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the item to MPR Tools.

  • MPR Tools will cover the shipment for sending the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

  • Any additional shipping or administrative fees required by the manufacturer will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

Steps for Filing a Warranty Claim

Step 1. Contact Us:

Reach out to MPR Tools through:

Provide the following information:

  • Associated order number

  • Product name

  • SKU or part number of the product

  • Defect issue

  • Images (if applicable).

 

Step 2. Acknowledgement and Information Gathering

Our team will confirm receipt of your request. If any additional information is required, we will email you to gather the details and confirm the next steps.

 

Step 3. Manufacturer Coordination:

MPR Tools will forward your claim details to the manufacturer and update you if additional details are needed. In some cases, our supplier may perform an initial inspection before referring the claim to the manufacturer for a final decision.

 

Step 4. Return Authorization:

Once the manufacturer validates the claim, we will ask you to ship or drop-off the item to one of our warehouses. Kindly allow us time to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, which may take up to 48 hours. We will then provide you with the necessary paperwork.

  • Ship the item to the designated warehouse (details will be provided).

  • RMA Paperwork: You will receive an RMA form and shipping instructions via email

 

Step 5. Inspection and Resolution:

  • The manufacturer’s team will inspect the item to confirm the defect. 

  • Resolution:

    • If approved: The item will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

    • If denied: You will receive a detailed report explaining why the warranty could not be honored (e.g., "Abused" cases).

 

Abused Items:

Warranty claims will be denied if the inspection determines the product has been misused, physically damaged, or used outside the manufacturer’s guidelines. Examples include:

  • Cracks or dents not caused by manufacturing defects.

  • Usage under extreme temperatures or incorrect voltage settings

 

Step 6. Completion:

  • Approved claims typically take 7-10 business days to resolve. However, the process may take up to 1 month depending on the manufacturer.

  • MPR Tools will provide updates throughout the process until the item is returned or replaced.
