1/4 magnetic impact socket

this impact socket was the answer to my problem. this magnetic socket make a hard job easy because it holds the screw or bolt in place from a upward position.

Good for driving 1/4" bits.

I did not buy it for impact applications. I bought it to use with my 1/4" ratchet and 1/4" bits when I need a little more torque than my universal screwdriver can provide. The picture is not correct. This socket is tapered at the tip and more compact; more like a 10mm bullet, for example. The picture also makes it appear that the magnet is recessed more than it actually is. This means that the bit slips from the socket if you're not careful but overall I've found it very useful for my uses.

I know if I had bought a whole set, it would have been way cheaper per socket. I would definitely purchase the whole set if I needed one.
