Quality product

I was unsure about this product based on the lack of reviews but decided to give it a try. I needed a thin walled socket that wouldn't scratch my deep wheels and this was one that fit the bill.

The picture is not confusing as others have stated, the product is clearly described as a 19mm socket (not a socket set) and that's just what I received. The one thing I can nitpick is the picture shows various colors but you can't choose which one you'll get. I got the yellow/gold looking one and am happy with the way it looks (won't confuse it with any other socket) but would have preferred the choice.

The socket itself is a solid product, good weight, and does not feel cheap. I've already used it to swap all 4 tires back and forth at a driving event and it worked great. I used it with a breaker bar to loosen and a torque wrench to tighten to spec. I also used it with my wheel lock key and everything fit fine. You can remove the plastic cover by just pulling it off if you'd like but I didn't need to do this as the fit was perfect. The white plastic cover does get dirty but is easy to wipe off. It would have been nice if it were black plastic instead so it didn't show the dirt.

Overall I'd recommend this product for the price. You'll get a solid thin walled socket that will protect your wheels although it would be nice if you could choose the color when ordering and if the plastic cover was black to hide the dirt. 4 out of 5.

Only socket I could find that would fit lug nuts

I have about 10 different 19mm sockets and I could not get the lug nuts off a jeep with aftermarket wheels. I bought a thin set of lug nut sockets and they would not fit. This is the only socket I could get on the lug nuts and I had to remove the plastic cover. I did not use an impact wrench, just a 2 ft. breaker bar from harbor freight.. Finally able to rotate tires..

I rarely create reviews but wanted to give this one a thumbs up. I know some people expected a set, but (a) it does not say set and (b) did you really expect a full set for this price? I torqued them all up with a CDI torque wrench (120 ft-lb) which is relatively high and it only left a few minor dents in the socket. I would think it lasts a very long time unless you abuse it (you should be torquing these bolts to spec btw). It fits both of my Porsche's and helps to keep them looking good.
