I am a Tankerman pushing crude On the inland water ways works just as good as the pelican !!
Awesome flashlight. Very well built.
I use one of these flashlights almost daily for maybe 5 minutes, I use both the main light and side light equally. The battery life is is phenomenal. I live in MN and leave these lights in my car and truck and barn anywhere from -20 to +90 degrees, I change the battery every 2 years whether they need it or not. I learned about these from where I used to work, a refinery, everyone was issued 1, they are rated for hazardous duty. (Won't cause an explosion)
My only problem is pressing the on/off buttons with mittens on can be frustrating.
I’ve had two and maybe one was built better than the other one but the newest one I got does not work very well has a short and buttons are not working well at all lasted 2 months started having problems.
I like how well the magnets work and how easy the light is to use. Light out put is ok for size of light.
