The Robinair CoolTech 17580 A/C System Component Flusher is a professional-grade, mobile flushing machine designed to make the cleaning of A/C lines, evaporators, and condensers fast and efficient. Built for automotive technicians, it handles routine maintenance, component repairs, and R-134a retrofit procedures that demand thorough removal of oil, sludge, metal shavings, and other contaminants from a vehicle's air conditioning system. The unit's closed-loop design ensures solvent is continuously circulated through components and recovered into an onboard collection tank, minimizing waste and exposure. Mounted on a wheeled cart for easy shop mobility, the CoolTech 17580 delivers reliable, repeatable performance for demanding professional environments.

Features

  • Closed Loop Operation: Continuously circulates solvent through components for thorough cleaning (adapters required)

  • Pulsing Action: Loosens dirt, corrosion, and debris; hoses can be switched to perform a back flush

  • Air Agitation Needle Valve: Bubbles air into the liquid stream to enhance cleaning action

  • Hose Adapters Included: Compatible with 1/4" flare and 3/8" quick disconnect fitting kits

  • Sight Glass: Tank-level sight glass allows easy monitoring of solvent level during filling and operation

  • Replaceable Filter: Solvent is filtered before being returned to the internal storage vessel during closed-loop operation

  • Activated Charcoal Filter: Limits odors while solvent is being removed from the component during the purge cycle

  • Mobile Cart Design: Wheeled base allows easy repositioning throughout the shop
