I bought this tool to press on a power steering pulley for a 2004 GTO pump. Worked as expected. I am not sure there is any other way to do it without a tool like this.

The tool is very useful for installing pressed on pulleys like Ford power steering pulleys. It installs them tight. When you buy a pump from the store, it doesn't include the pulley. You use the old pulley. You need a remover tool also.

Good quality tool for removing pulleys...on the GM PS pumps. OTC generally makes good tools and in the past made many of the shop service tools used in GM dealerships, which they may still do. No issues with buying this product again.
