This thing works great! Don't get a larger fitting size, you need the elements to touch you to feel the warmth, and don't wear layers below it other than a light sweater or t-shirt. I'm 6' 175 lbs and I normally wear a medium and the medium almost feels a little large. I also bought an extension cable to hold the battery in my front pocket, because if sitting in a car with bolsters, the battery being in the back pocket will jab into your kidney, but the back pocket is great if standing and working, or sitting on bleachers. (Extension cable = 2.1mm x 5.5mm DC 12V Adapter Cable DC Plug Extension Cable Male to Female)

Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it! He says it keeps him warm on those cold days when he is up on the roof or working outdoors. His only complaint is that it would be nice if there was heat on the lower back of the jacket as well as the upper part.
