Says 10 fittings repeatedly, but it's one fitting. Contacted for return, told the ad was wrong but it's been up for 2 years
I purchased a variety of fittings to completely outfit my workshop with milton P style fittings. Only these, the 1809 model 1/4 Male couplers came in with no gold coating like all the other Milton fittings I ordered, and they do not say Milton anywhere on them. They do not match pictures online of other Milton 1809 couplers, which are coated and stamped with the manufacturers name. These also have very rough machine tool marks. These specific fittings were either outsourced or cheap counterfeit fittings.
Note:
The rest of the Milton fittings/couplers I purchased are superb in quality and match exactly what I have used at work with great success.
I've tried them all. Nothing holds up better than the Milton fittings.
The two that I have installed do function, and work as expected. However, the machining quality is really bad, the body of these is not even close to being smooth. I've seen cheap machined parts from China and India that are better than this. What happened to US "quality" ??? Makes me question the materials that Milton uses.
Good stuff
