The Makita T-01426 is a two-blade set for 6-1/2" cordless circular saws, covering both ends of the framing range in one purchase. The 16T is the faster, rougher cut for ripping and general framing; the 24T gives a cleaner finish where the cut shows. Both are ultra-thin kerf, which removes less material and puts less drag on the motor, so a cordless saw gets more cuts per charge. Steel plates are fully hardened and hand-tensioned to keep the blade running true.
