The Makita E-15372 is a set of padded braces with a built-in phone holder, built to take the weight of a loaded tool belt off your hips. A full belt pulls down on the lower back over a shift, and these transfer that load up onto the shoulders instead. The shoulder straps use 50 mm-wide 3D mesh padding so air can move through them, and the shaped cut keeps them from sliding off.
