Fits my 2007 hhr
My other option was large pliers that were difficult to get into the tight spot on the engine. A standard 3/8" ratchet with this socket attachment on it was a perfect fit. In the long run it will likely keep me from having to but another oil cap!
I did the work without this socket and it became immediately apparent why this socket exists. I had to remove hoses and fight the dipstick in the way of the wrench swing. With this the socket, the ratchet clears the dipstick and you don't need as much swing to kick the cap loose.
There isn't enough clearance for a regular socket.
Just what I needed to remove the oil filter on my 2016 jeep Cherokee. Other places I looked it was almost double the price.
Needed an oil filter socket for changing the oil in a GMC Terrain. Works perfectly.
