It's Very Convenient !!!

There's no worry of dropping the spark plugs, especially when they're $8 each. There's no worry of stop and go to the store and just to get another spark plug. The magnetic hold the spark plug in the middle. It's very secured. I love magnetics.

so glad I have this

Works great! I see no disadvantages to this. Holds the spark plug just well enough that you can lift it out of a DOHC engine, but it is very easy to remove the plug from the socket. And I doubt it will ever start slipping like many of the ones with rubber grips that I have had in the past.

I do have 2 other spark plug sockets but I was not happy with them. This Kastar S28 3/8-inch drive magnetic spark plug socket is much better and more reliable to hold spark plug inside the socket.
