You need this tool!

My brother and I have been car enthusiasts since high school (a long time ago!) and he has worked in the Auto parts industry for close to 35 years, starting out as a delivery driver and ending up as a regional VP. Needless to say he knows parts and tools! I was visiting him recently and he had to show me this tool that he recently purchased.
