Used but functional

I needed these to strip some 10 gauge stranded speaker wire. I have several Klein tools and they’ve always been very reliable. When I opened the package I thought it was weird it had an additional plastic wrapping. When I removed the strippers the handles were dirty as though they were used and returned. The metal head was worn some...not the quality expected from Klein. It wasn’t until I saw the same item in Home Depot that I realized the ones I received from Amazon were used. The strippers in HD were clean and had the same packaging without the extra plastic. I’m disappointed that Amazon doesn’t hold people accountable for returning used items. They should be noted as used and not new.
