Grips are hard plastic, no soft overmold

Hard plastic grips = slippery in the hand, which causes muscle fatigue and loss of leverage when your hands are sweaty or oily, and the hardness causes painful presssure damage to your skin, hand/finger bones and muscles when using for projects involving working with fasteners for more than a few minutes. When grips are not cushioned with a grippy, soft rubber (as all good quality hand tools have been for decades), a major aspect of utility is lost, all for the sake of saving a little money in manufacturing material costs. Rather than return them, I'l sand the plastic with 80 grit and dip the handles into liquid PlastiDip polyvinyl tool handle coating, or wrap with tennis racket grip strip.
