Well, not that old....but as you age the hand grip and loosening things gets harder and harder. Don't laugh, but my PRIME reason for this purchase, is to be able to loosen the caps on Diet Pepsie! I have written them and explained if you can't open it, you won't buy it...but the caps are being put on so tight, and my regular pliers will not do the job....so...I have the vice grip to get the job/jobs done!!
