These jaws were just what I ordered and I fitted them with very little trouble.

Drop in replacement for Record No.5 Vice

Used these to replace the worn out set on my Record No. 5 vice that I've been repairing. Simple drop in replacement and fits fine as expected. I would prefer that the screws be hex drive instead of phillips, but it's easy enough to find screws that meet your preferences. For some reason, the picture shown only shows the back of the jaws which isn't very interesting. The front of the jaw plates that come in contact with your piece are textured for gripping.
