Know what I hate? Air ratchets. They're small and compact, relative to impact guns, but they are slow, don't have enough power to tighten or loosen most bolts, and what power they do have wrenches your arm off when they tighten down. If you're unlucky like me, they'll wrench your arm right into something rusty and pointy a mere two weeks after your tetanus shot has expired.
This, however, is NOT an air ratchet, and suffers none of these problems. It is an impact tool, and as such it has the power to loosen just about anything, fast. Not only that, but it is small enough that it fits just about anywhere. You may never have thought your impact wrench was an awkward, gigantic tool, but you will after using one of these for a week.
I also have the IR 2135 TiMAX. That is the best regular-form 1/2" impact wrench Ingersoll Rand makes, and it has it's place, but you know what? If I had to pick one impact tool, this'd be it. The accessibility that this tool offers is worth it's weight in gold, and I'd recommend it to anyone.
