GearWrench has worst customer support

Bought a set of combo GearWrenches 3/8" to 3/4" thinking I am buying one of the best and month later my 3/4" ratchet end started to slip a gear and would bust my knuckles. When I asked customer support, said I was over torquing without asking what I was doing.

Pretty good.

Pretty good value for money. Great if your just starting out. Im a tech of 16 years. Needed a cheep set for a second job. Some of the open ends get a bit weird in the smaller sizes. Big wrenches seem good fit. Good for alignments. But they don’t have the knuckle savers of the snap on flank drive plus. But that’s 550$ for 20-24mm size (5 wrenches) wrenches. So yeah there’s a trade off. But I’m not disappointed with them. They serve a purpose of kitting yourself out cheep. So all in all. They do the job. Make you money with a lower overhead cost.
