Very great set of tools.

I just got my set and I have tried one of them out and I am super impressed. I just order the bigger pliers and I will soon have a complete set of the best shark bite tools I have ever seen and now on.

Keep Tube in STRAIGHT line coming out of PTC fitting

So, we struggled to use this item initially as the PTC fittings were very tight. Eventually we realized that because the rigid tubing had some slight curvature to it, the result was that it was very difficult to remove. As soon as we started forcing the tube to be straight, and using our hands to help grip the tube in addition to the automatic gripper, the tool started working much better. 4 stars because it works at least as well as any other option. Not 5 stars because it is still a lot of effort to use.
