Cal-Van Tools Ratcheting Tubing/PVC Cutter helps to cut the industrial air hose, multi purpose hose, heater and washer hose. It also cuts the vacuum hose, non metallic fuel line hose, PVC pipe, battery cables, copper tractor trailer cable and non metallic air brake hose. It is up to 11/2 inch in diameter. It features a quick release mechanism to quickly and easily open the pliers for use. It has a ratcheting action which makes cutting easy. It also features a locking mechanism, in handle, for storage.

Comfortable and lightweight

Comfortable and lightweight, I use it to cut 3/4 schedule 40 mostly and cuts are nice and straight. The quick release and long handle reduce fatigue. All this and it is compact enough to fits snugly in my pouch . I am an electrician and I recommend this tool.
