I have used this many times - it is great - it rolls well, and there is storage for any tools. I have sat both ways on this stool. I used it to do some house projects. You need to be careful to keep the 4 wheels on the floor or you will be sitting on the floor. I had one before and one of the wheels broke off, after years of use - but I did not always have 4 wheels on the floor. The height is perfect for leaning over without discomfort - especially good for short legged people. If you are looking for a stool, buy it you will like it.
