So Far So Good.... ...

So far so good. I'll add more (edit) later as I use it more as I just added this into my newly configured off-grid solar powered backup
energy system for some daily home use and for short-term power outages.

A big PRO: An actual "measured" no load open circuit AC Voltage of 115 vac is present at the AC output receptacles !!! Having
gone through purchasing (2) other 12 vdc to 110/120 vac inverters made by me here (read my other reviews) this one finally
actually delivers what it states both in the manufacturers manual and in the product description here that being 115 vac at the receptacle
outputs of the inverter. For that "specific" alone, I couldn't be that much happier.

Now the little CON: It plainly states in the description on the Amazon website that the included power cables are: no.4 AWG. Well they are not !!
Least the one's I received are in fact as printed on the wire's says they are 6 AWG... Substandard for an Inverter of this size power rating IMO.
This error discrepancy is not the fault of the manufacturer as on the products box it says they are 24", 6 AWG.. Amazon needs to correct thisin their description of the item.

The unit is quite heavy and solidly built it seems.. It is larger than what I had expected when compared to the 1500W Cobra I previously sent back for grossly low AC unloaded voltage of 76 vac rather than the 115 vac allegedly claimed by Cobra.. The units digital display is rather small in comparison to the Cobra
1500w unit and that of the PowerDrives's 1000w unit. It toggles manually via a front panel switch to display VDC input and power draw from the source.
The unit ran my 900W rated Microwave easily without any low input power indicator warnings which has a rated power draw of 1375w and current draw of 12.4 A
The unit has no 5vdc USB ports for charging directly with just a USB cable; a nice feature but one I can do without for having what seems to be a true AC Voltage value of 115vac available at the AC receptacles for the inverters output.. As stated prior, So Far So Good.. !!
Glad I purchased it here when I did. Was considerably less at that time. I would recommend purchasing this modified sine wave inverter to others and so far can say I would purchase it again.
