Good Quality out of China?, sometimes. This is one of those times. Price is very good for what you get, cant speak to the strength because I cut it in half to make a "special" tool. I can say it welds just fine, had to weld an adapter on it, worked great. I wouldn't have done that to my high dollar over priced wrenches.

4runner tie rod

Worked perfect at removing outer tie rod nut on my third gen 4runner. The angle of the head gives you a good position to get leverage on the fastener. Nice quality tool, would definitely recommend if you need one.
