Did the job perfectly.

Only used this tap once so far. Did its job perfectly. I've used thread chasers before and had them fail on the first run (even after extensive heating of the pipe). In my opinion a tap is worth the few extra bucks, compared to thread chasers, which are typically lower quality steel and get worn much quicker.
