A nice set of well-made tools

These are very high-quality tools that I would expect to last for many years.
If you are going to carry your tools around and use them, you want to keep them from getting lost, and the roll pouch for this set is sturdy and very well-designed. Rather than closing with ties or Velcro, there are attached elastic bands that are easy to close and unlikely to come open.
Part of the result of the solid construction is that these are HEAVY tools. Strong men may not notice, but as a smaller woman I think I would find them tiring---just another reason to let hubby handle the chores! The handles are nicely designed for a comfortable grip, so he should not mind at all!
This is a nice selection of pliers, but my husband was surprised that it did not include channel-lock pliers, which are the type of pliers he uses most often. As a matter of fact, most of the tools are not pliers at all but are cutters and crimpers. The set could probably be better named, but that does not detract from their utility.

Still keeping my dads old set, but just for sentimental reasons

This is a great set! I already had a miss-matched set of pliers, but they were my dads and they were very old. I was so used to working with the old set I didn’t really think anything of it, but this set proved that my dads old set sucked. Sorry dad. I’m so happy I got these before I installed the new goat fence we are putting up. I can’t imagine having to use my dads old set for all this staple pulling and cutting. This heavy duty set is really making it easy on us.

No complaints, well made set.

This is a heavier duty set than I probably need, which is good -- that means it should do very well in high demand situations. The pliers are all comfortable to hold, have a heavy duty feel, and perform well. The set comes with a roll-up case, which is a nice addition. I don't expect to have any problem with these in the near future.

decent tool set but needs better grip.

These five pieces are great to add to your tool set if you are trying to start one. First thing is first. The tool set I received did not come with a carrying case as some of the pictures of past products show. It actually just came in a plastic sealed packaging. There was definitely no damage to the product. This is definitely a decent starter tool. The three pieces are pretty nicely made but I would say the handles do feel a bit cheap. I feel like overtime it will most likely break off. They are definitely strong enough to handle most jobs. I would say you may want to wrap your own grip onto these for longer term use and keep them clean to avoid rusting. Overall an decent tool set but definitely needs a better grip.
