Not big at posting but I thought Arn over at MPR Tools earned recognition. I finally purchased an air cat 3/8 stubby impact, but there was a lot of indecisiveness on my part. Arn not only cancelled my original order quickly and easily he also got me additional product information on the other impact wrenches I had interest in. The customer service at MPR is fast, friendly, and helpful. They have earned my trust and will be my first stop in the future. Not to mention their prices are very competitive, they even beat Amazon!
