works like it should, just not it in tight spaces because of the wide design, but thats what makes it durable.

The thinner Davco filter wrench may be better for some applications

The wrench works well for most applications, but for a few applications the wrench is a little wide and will simply not fit. A 2008 Kw is one example where the filter is so close to the frame that the width of the filter wrench becomes critical. The thinner Davco filter wrench may be better for some applications, but the wrench is still very useful.
