GREAT!!! I purchased this with the Power Probe Master kit and they work great together. No adaption required for Gear Wrench to Power Probe adapters. Strongly recommend this product. Very happy.
This is awesome... we managed to get the machine set up and hooked up to the car in less than 5 mins.. and the pressure bleeding and flushing literally takes only 5 mins.. We run a lube shop and are able to do all the work on the lube side from the pit without even having to lift the vehicle in the air. Its great and fits our needs perfectly.. Keep in mind, we are using this machine with the power probe master adapter set. I only have 2 complaints. The valve on the top of the machine leaks unless it is SUPER tight. Im sure it can be fixed with some Teflon tape though. The other complaint is that the clear hoses they give you to hook up to the bleeder screw should be longer to reach into a drain pan or sump.. we had some longer clear hose here at the shop that works though.
The design of these probable hasn't changed in 40 years but it's pretty much perfect so to doesn't need to. The big advantage to this over most other bleeders is that there is a barrier between the brake fluid and the air used to pressurize it. This is important because brake fluid will absorb the moisture from the air and will lower the boiling point of the fluid. Also it holds a lot of fluid. In high volume shops it saves a lot of time. A few tips for those who don't read instructions. Remove the schrader valve on the bottom before filling with fluid. After filling be sure to bleed the air from the fluid chamber. Just put a little pressure into it and attach the bleeder cap until the fluid starts coming out. The last thing is that you don't want to fill it all the way up with brake fluid. Only fill it about 3/4 the way. This is because if you fill it all the way up you wont be able to get much air in so the pressure will drop quickly and you will have to repressurize it.
Just like the bleeder I replaced. lasted over 30 years...
Works excellent! Almost a necessity when living alone in the country.
