Smoke Monster is the leak-locator line from Proflex+ Distribution, a Quebec company based in Pointe-Claire since 2012. The machines push mineral oil vapor through a sealed system so you can see where it escapes, rather than chasing an EVAP code around the car. Three models cover the range: the MX-22 Micro for general work, the MX-700T Turbo for boosted engines and intercoolers that require higher test pressure, and the MX-3000HD for heavy-duty applications. All run dual mode, smoke or air, with a digital readout and an LED flow meter that sizes the leak.
