Good value & decent quality

Makes nice, clean cuts in larger softer cables & wires (like copper), without crushing the cable.
It should be fine for occasional or light duty use.
The jaws are not adjustable and cannot be tightened or loosened, so eventually jaws will wear loose and the tool won't work very well. For frequent o rheavy duty use, the more expensive Greenlee may be a better choice.

DON'T use tool to cut steel wires, or bike cables -- use the Park Tool brand, or other specialty bike tools designed for that purpose (they have very hardened steel jaws).
