Not too much to say here. I'm an aircraft mechanic and sometimes we have to get to nuts and bolts in tight places. Most ratchets won't allow you to get a good swing on it but with this ratchet you can get the job done. You can feel the great quality. Wouldn't recommend using it as an everyday ratchet to break nuts and bolts loose because of the small gears but to use in tight spaces, it works perfect.
It arrived very quick. I had left my Snap-On ratchet on a vehicle and had to get another one. This one is just as good if not better than the one I "Gave" away.
I have not used this ratchet extensively yet, but I really like it. The flex head allows me to get in very tight places and the fine tooth action works excellent. I am thinking of replacing my 3/8 ratchet with the corresponding Gear Wrench flex ratchet as well I like it so much.
Update - after using this ratchet quite a bit for the last couple of years now, it is still the best ratchet I own. I do recommend removing the snap ring and packing grease in it, DO NOT remove the ratcheting mechanism as it is very difficult to put back together (don't ask how I know this...). Once you get it packed with grease, use it. The grease will work its way though out the moving parts and it will work even better than it did when new.
I'm a honda tech and I'm very impressed. I can take out motor mount bolts and the matco one can't . The matco broke 2 times and the gear wrench not once.
it a little smaller in length than I though, but it works real well, I can feel the strength in it when I use it not cheap, pierce feeling
if you know what I mean
