High Quality

This is a high quality specialty tool that makes numerous jobs much easier. I use it for sharpening lawn mower blades and wood chipper blades. The flat surface of the belt does a much better job than a bench grinder. Plus, it's much easier to clamp the work in a vise and manipulate the tool, than to try and manipulate a blade against a fixed wheel.

I only say it is OK because I was disappointed in the lack of a smooth small tip like ...

I only say it is OK because I was disappointed in the lack of a smooth small tip like the 1/2" models. We had hoped to get this into a rather tight space - but the supports and adjustments on this prevent that. We modified it to remove some of the protruding bolt heads but for our application, I wish I have bought the smaller one. 1/2" belt will get in a 1/2" space. This 3/4" belt won't even get in a 1" space until we modified it.
