Delivery Delay

  • We will usually ship your order in 1 to 2 business days! Orders purchased before 2:00 pm EST may be shipped the same day. 

  • The delay of your order will depend on your location and from which warehouse your order is shipped from. We will always ship your order from the closest available warehouse. Based on our experience, we estimate the transit time to be between 1 to 3 business days across Canada.

Free Shipping Policies

  • Your order must have a subtotal of $150 or more to be eligible for free shipping.

  • Only order being shipped within Canada (Excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut) and USA and using our Standard/Ground shipping is eligible.

  • If you receive a partial discount for any single or multiple items, which result in the subtotal falling under $150, your order will no longer be eligible for free shipping.

  • Oversized and heavy products that are over 66lbs are also eligible for free shipping. 

  • Most orders under $150 will receive a flat shipping rate of 14.95$.


To simplify your purchase experience, we decided to offer a flat shipping rate of 14.95$ within Canada (18.95$ for NWT, Yukon and Nunavut) and USA for orders under 150$. We will ship most orders using Purolator. Your order may be shipped with UPS or Canada Post. Some items could ship separately and you may receive multiple shipments. 

Pick up Your Order

If you would like to pick up your order at one of our warehouses in Mississauga (Ontario), Saint-Laurent (Quebec) or Edmonton (Alberta), please call us at (438) 940-2478 or use the chat before purchasing to verify availability at your chosen location. 

Before presenting yourself to the pickup location, please wait for the email confirmation stating that your order is ready for pickup. Pickup orders are usually ready within 4 hours.

You may pick up your order Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. 

Unfortunately, products cannot be purchased in person. All orders need to be placed on Our pickup locations are third-party warehouses (3PL). MPR Tools staff are not physically present at any locations; the 3PL employees will receive you. They won't be able to answer questions concerning product availability, pricing or anything related to purchasing on

Can I return an item because I don't like it?

Yes, we are offering a 30-day money-back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. Before returning your order, please get in touch with Customer Support by email at, phone (438) 940-2478 or via our chat from 8 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday for a return authorization. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item as soon as we receive the item back.

How to Return an Item?

Registered users

We make it easy for you to request a return. Just sign in, use the Order History link to find your order, use the request return feature to select the items you wish to return and we'll send you a return authorization. You can also contact us by email at or call 438-940-2478 for a return authorization.

Guest users

Please contact us by email or call 438-940-2478 for a return authorization. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. All returned merchandise must be returned in the original condition and include the following:

  1. Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

  2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.

  3. Original packing slip.

  4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.

  5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise

(Must have return authorization) If you receive an item that is defective, within 30 days of the date you received the merchandise, MPR Tools & Equipment will exchange a defective item for a replacement item. MPR Tools & Equipment will either provide a prepaid return label or reimburse you for original ground shipping expenses.

Non-defective merchandise

(Must have return authorization) If you decide to return an item that is not defective, within 30 days of the date you received the merchandise, MPR Tools & Equipment will provide a refund for a non-defective item. We will not charge any restocking fee, but you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses.
