We will usually ship the item the same day you have ordered! Please order before 13:00pm if you want us to ship it the same day.
The delay of your order will depend on the shipment option you choose when ordering.
Free Shipping Policies
Your order must have a subtotal of $99 or more to be eligible for free shipping.
Only order being shipped within Canada (Excluding NWT, Yukon and Nunavut) and USA and using our Standard/Ground shipping is eligible.
If you receive a partial discount for any single or multiple items, which result in the subtotal falling under $99, your order will no longer be eligible for free shipping.
Oversized and heavy products that are over 66lbs are also eligible for free shipping.
Most orders under $99 will receive a fee calculated accordingly to the carrier choosen.
The rates used for UPS are based on the size and weight and also the location where your package is to be delivered. We have used the online shipping rate calculator from UPS to provide the most competitive rates we can offer for these shipments. Some items could ship separately and you may receive multiple shipments.
Businesses: please call us if you have your own courier account and would like to charge your freight on your own account.
Can I return an item because I don't like it?
On most items, the answer is yes. We are offering a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange. Before returning your order, please contact Customer Support by email at email@example.com or by phone 514-601-4102, from 8am-10pm EST, Monday through Sunday for a return authorization. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item as soon as we receive the item back.
How to Return an Item?
We make it easy for you to request a return. Just sign in, use the Order History link to find your order, use the request return feature to select the items you wish to return and we'll send you a return authorization. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. All returned merchandise must include the following:
Original packaging (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)
Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored.
Original packing slip.
All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc.
All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.
