This product is a great idea on how to take or the fuel pump that's why I give it 4 stars but I don't think is nicely made poor manufacturing

Great tool, great price

I have to say for the price this tool works absolutely great. I run a small mobile mechanic business and having a lot of money in tools that only work on one model of car is not my thing. This has successfully worked on Ford, Chrysler and Mercedes repairs that I have made recently. Not a single broken plastic ear.

It *does* work

Used this to replace the retaining ring on my '04 Mazda 3. The tool *does* work. At first, I tightened it while it was on the ring, and then tried to turn it. It slipped off after very little torque. What I did was take it off the ring then tighten it slightly tighter than I thought it needed to be. This allowed it to hold onto the plastic ring much better. It's still probably not as good as if it had notches all around it, but it got the job done just fine. Not disappointed at all. I would recommend this to a friend, and if I needed to, I'd buy it again.
